Arctic Coolers strives to give back to the community through
our involvement in a few charities that are close to our hearts.
A portion of all proceeds and our time go to some really great
causes.
Alex's Lemonade Stand
Foundation is a unique charity that evolved
from a young cancer patient's front yard lemonade stand to a
nationwide fundraising movement to find a cure for childhood
cancer. Since Alexandra "Alex" Scott (1996-2004) set
up her front yard stand at the age of four, more than $10 million
has been raised towards fulfilling her dream of finding a cure
for all children with cancer.
The Animal Welfare
Association (AWA), is a non-profit organization
providing shelter for orphaned animals, low-cost spay and neuter
services, pet assisted therapy and humane education for the community
since 1948. For more than fifty years, AWA has been committed
to the prevention and eradication of animal suffering. Each year,
more than 9,500 animals receive care through AWA programs.
The Sunshine Foundation's sole purpose is to answer the dreams
of seriously ill, physically challenged and abused children aged
three to eighteen, whose families cannot fulfill their requests
due to financial strain that the child's illness may cause.
